Commissioner Bob Atkinson and Minister Jack Dempsey have unveiled the 2012 Queenslander Charity Car.
The car is a fully operational police car, decorated with decals and will be on the road until November this year.
The bonnet of the Queenslander Police Car will be signed by the Queensland State of Origin team for auction as part of the PCYC Gala Dinner later in 2012.
Last year's bonnet raised more than $7200 for the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation.
The car will be used at a range of community, sporting and recruitment events including the EKKA, and will be seen throughout much of Queensland.
